Champions Wolves fell to a very surprising 3-0 defeat to Sunderland on the last day of the Championship season with many fringe players failing to impress Nuno Espirito Santo.

The ex-Porto manager decided to make several changes for the final game as the Black Country side looked to get the draw that took them to the 100-point mark.

One man who particularly struggled for the visitors was keeper Will Norris who was at fault for the first two goals.

It was a bad day for the former Cambridge stopper who had impressed for Wolves earlier in the campaign, keeping clean sheets at Southampton and Manchester City in the Carabao Cup.

Yet, he was below-par on Sunday and took to twitter to apologise to the fans for his performance .

Unsurprisingly, many fans felt that wasn't necessary from the 24-year old who as mentioned had done well in the cup competitions earlier in the season.
