‘Don’t bother turning up’ – Fans react to Doncaster’s big Carabao Cup draw with Arsenal

The Carabao Cup third round draw took place last night and in one of the biggest draws of the night, League One side Doncaster will be travelling to The Emirates to face FA Cup holders Arsenal.

Darren Ferguson’s side find themselves in eighth place with one win, two draws, and zero losses this season.

The Rovers beat recently relegated Hull City 2-0 to make it to the third round and will be hoping to make history by beating Arsene Wenger’s side to progress to the fourth round.

Doncaster aren’t exactly strangers to Premier League talent this season with Manchester City’s Rodney Kongolo and Chelsea’s Alex Kiwomya currently on loan at the club.

The match is currently scheduled to take place on Tuesday the 19^th of September.
