Charlton Athletic fans have reacted to an appreciation post on Twitter for forward Jonathan Leko, and they've mixed views on the striker's season so far.

The 20-year-old joined Lee Bowyer's side on a season-long loan in the summer from Championship leaders West Brom.

He's featured in all but two of Charlton's league games so far and has scored five goals, with three of them coming in the last four games.

Leko's seen a lot more game time in recent weeks with Charlton going through an injury crisis - they had eight first-team players unavailable for their 3-1 loss to Sheffield Wednesday last weekend, and could only name five players on the bench.

It's been a difficult few weeks for Bowyer who's seen his side slide down the Championship table and into 17th for their trip to Middlesbrough tomorrow.
