Wolverhampton Wanderers have completed the loan signing of Liverpool starlet Sheyi Ojo on a season-long loan, the club have confirmed via their official website.
The 18-year-old winger has spent the last two days training with his new team-mates and will go straight into the Wolves squad for their game at Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
Ojo netted for his parent club in a 2-1 win over Swindon Town on Sunday evening and boss Brendan Rodgers is keen for the youngster to continue his development with a loan spell.
The pacey wide player showed glimpses of his talent during a loan spell with Wigan Athletic last season but was unable to stop them falling through the Championship trap door.
Wolves boss Kenny Jackett has been a shrewd shopper in the transfer market this summer and with the signings the ex-Millwall boss has made, it is hard not to picture Wolves right near the top of the Championship come May 2016.
Ojo should be a perfect replacement for Bakary Sako, who was so pivotal for the Midlands side last season.
