Sky Bet League Two outfit Notts County have signed goalkeeper Scott Loach, reports Sky Sports.
Loach has put pen-to-paper on a two-year deal at Meadow Lane following his released by Rotherham United, who terminated his contract by mutual consent.
The 27-year-old only joined the Millers last summer but made just two appearances, and spent the season out on loan at Bury, Peterborough United and Yeovil Town.
Nottingham-born Loach becomes Ricardo Moniz’s 13th signing of the summer as he looks to build a squad that can bounce back from relegation at the first attempt.
The goalkeeper, who was on the books at Ipswich Town and Nottingham Forest as a youngster, began his career at Watford where he made over 150 appearances for the Hornets in six years at Vicarage Road.
He had loan spells at Stafford Rangers, Morecambe and Bradford City before returning to Ipswich for an undisclosed fee in July 2012.
Loach spent two years at Portman Road, making 27 appearances, but was allowed to join Rotherham on a free transfer last summer.
The former England Under-21 international was part of the squad that reached the U21 European Championship final in 2009, where they lost to Germany.
