Norwich have confirmed on their official website that attacking midfielder James Maddison will join Aberdeen on loan until January.
Maddison has joined SPL side Aberdeen on an initial loan until the 4th of January 2017.
The 19-year-old makes his second deadline day move of his career after he joined Norwich from Coventry last January. That deal saw him return to his hometown club on loan until the end of the season.
The talented central attacking midfielder scored 5 goals for the Sky Blues in 35 appearances for the League One outfit. His impressive performances earned him a move to then-Premier League side Norwich and he was called up to the England under-20 squad but had to withdraw through injury.
Maddison made his Norwich bow in the EFL Cup against his former side and produced two assists before scoring for the under-23 side in the EFL Trophy clash with Peterborough.
He joins Aberdeen hoping to get some first team experience so that he can stake a claim for a starting spot with promotion hopefuls Norwich City in the Championship when he returns in January.
