Leeds United have announced their 2017/18 retained list on the club’s official website and confirmed that three players have put pen to paper on new terms.
Pablo Hernandez has signed a one year contract extension as his current deal was coming to a close.
The experienced Spaniard was one of Leeds United’s most dangerous attacking threats last season, playing in a central attacking role or as winger.
After making his loan move permanent in January on a short term deal, Hernandez has committed his future to Leeds for another season as he had a clause in his deal which automatically saw his contract renewed until summer 2018.
As well as Hernandez, Leeds have exercised one year deals for Conor Shaugnessy and Romario Vieira.
Romario Vieira, 18, is the twin brother of first team star Ronaldo Vieira while Conor Shaughnessy is an Irish midfielder.
Leeds have also offered a one year deal to forward Eoghan Stokes and full back Tom Pearce.
