Sky Bet Championship side Leeds United have confirmed on their official website that they have loaned central midfielder Toumani Diagouraga to Ipswich Town until the end of the season.
The 29-year-old has struggled for game time at Elland Road since the appointment of Garry Monk and has been shipped out to minutes on the pitch.
Ipswich manager Mick McCarthy has come under a lot of criticism of late with the club lying 14th in the table, but the boss will be hoping the signing of Diagouraga will help their cause.
The Frenchman won promotion to the Championship with Brentford in 2015, but left for Leeds 12 months ago after racking up 210 appearances for the Bees in a six year spell at Griffin Park.
Toumani Diagouraga has also enjoyed time at Peterborough United, Portsmouth and Swindon Town during his career which has mostly been spent in the Football League.
