Sky Bet Championship promotion hopefuls Fulham have completed their second acquisition of deadline day by capturing the signature of winger Jordan Graham on a season-long loan, confirmed on the club's official website

The 22-year-old joins the Cottagers from Wolverhampton Wanderers after missing the best part of sixteen months due to a knee ligament injury he picked up in January 2016.

Graham didn't return to action until the latter stages of last term, during the 1-0 defeat to Huddersfield Town in April.

Once a promising figure in Aston Villa's youth ranks, Jordan Graham departed to join nearby rivals Wolves for an undisclosed fee, but has only made a handful of appearances during his time at Molineux.

He joins fellow attacker Yohan Mallo at Fulham on transfer deadline day, who completed his switch to the capital on Thursday afternoon.

The Verdict

It seems slightly odd that Jordan Grahams has signed for a similar size club such as Fulham to Wolverhampton Wanderers especially considering that they potentially both pursuing promotion to the Premier League.

Obviously that damaging injury he received last year as largely slowed down the progression he was making, however, may be able to get back up to speed during his season-long loan at Craven Cottage.

Fulham fans, is this a bizarre addition or one that completely makes sense? Does he offer a lot to your first-team? Can Grahams help in the bid for promotion? Let us get your thoughts in the comment section below!
