The 24-year old has joined Doncaster until January 2nd 2016 and will hope to play a key role for the side in the first-half of their campaign.

Having graduated through the Manchester United youth system, Stewart joined Hull City on loan, before making the switch permanent and helped the club earn promotion to the Premier League.

After signing a three-year contract at Ipswich 12 months ago from Hull, he has spent time out on loan at Barnsley, of whom he joined earlier this year.

Stewart will wear the number 27 shirt for the Rovers and will go straight into the squad for their fixture with Fleetwood Town this Saturday.

The winger has played for several other clubs during his short career including, Yeovil Town, Burnley, Blackburn Rovers, Charlton Athletic and Leeds United respectively and will be hoping that he can make an impact at Doncaster to further his playing time, upon returning to Ipswich.
