Bradford City have completed the signing of forward Dominic Poleon, the club's official website has confirmed.

Dominic Poleon joins Bradford City after they agreed an undisclosed fee with AFC Wimbledon for his services.

Poleon arrives at Valley Parade and is expected to be competing for a space in their attack.

The speedy forward can operate as a winger or as a central striker.

He leaves AFC Wimbledon after just one season with the South West London side.

During his spell with the Dons, Poleon netted 13 goals in 49 appearances, including 8 league goals in 19 starts.

The 23-year-old has plenty of experience at this level of football.

After graduating from the Leeds United academy, he played a handful of games for the Whites and had loan spells with Bury and Sheffield United.

In summer 2014, Poleon moved to Oldham Athletic, where he spent two seasons and scored 11 goals before his switch to the Wombles.

Dominic Poleon is the latest addition to Stuart McCall's squad as Bradford's busy summer continues.

The Bantams have snapped up left-back Adam Chicksen from Charlton, striker Paul Taylor from Peterborough and youthful trio Callum Gunner (Swindon), Tyrell Robinson (ex-Arsenal) and Omari Patrick (Barnsley).

Dominic Poleon could be viewed as a like-for-like replacement for outgoing winger Mark Marshall, who joined Charlton.

Poleon puts pen to paper on an initial two year deal with Bradford ahead of their League One campaign.
