Sky Bet League One side Bury have completed the loan signing of Bolton Wanderers winger Tom Walker until the end of the season, reports the club’s official website.
Walker, who has not featured at all for Bolton this season, has linked up with Bury to give him regular first team football.
The 20-year-old has made 20 appearances and broke into the Bolton’s Championship team at the start of last year.
The winger is a product of Bolton’s Academy system, who played an integral part in guiding Bolton’s youth side to the quarter finals of the FA Youth cup.
His versatility will be a valuable addition to Gigg Lane, as he can operate on both flanks and will take the number 23 shirt whilst on loan with the Shakers.
Walker joins Manchester City defender Kean Bryan to the Manchester-based club on deadline day.
The winger will join up with his new team mates, and could feature in their home game this weekend against Port Vale this weekend.
