Published

on

Doncaster a ready to offer in-demand defender James Husband a new contract- but only if he wants to remain at the club. The Star understands Husband is one of the lowest earners at Doncaster, therefore are ready to offer him an upgraded contract.

A few clubs have already enquired about the 20 year old left back, but Doncaster are him hoping they can fend off the interest by offering him improved terms and a new long-term contract.

Premier League side Hull are believed to be interested in signing Husband, and the lure of playing European football might be impossible for Husband to reject.

Doncaster are able to offer their players new long-term contracts, due to the increasing budget because of new joint owner Louis Tomlinson.
