Nottingham Forest have launched their away kit for the 2019/20 season and many Reds fans are outraged by the new design.

Moving away from the plain white design from last season, the new strip features a half-and-half design in royal blue marl and navy marl.

The kit, which is designed by Macron, includes the official club partners Football Index on the front of the shirt and UK Meds on the back.

Additionally, it features a split v-neck collar with Forest's red and white colours tipped on it, as well as on the sleeves, the back of the neck and the split hem.

The club took to Twitter to reveal the new kit.

Forest released their home kit for the upcoming season, which featured their signature plain red design, at the start of July.

The Reds are preparing for their first season under new boss Sabri Lamouchi after Martin O'Neill was sacked at the end of June.

O'Neill took charge in January and steered his side to a ninth-place finish, just eight points off the top six.

Under Lamouchi, the target will surely be to go one step closer and qualify for a play-off place.

The new manager has been busy in the transfer window since he arrived and has brought in five new signings, including arrivals from Benfica and Manchester City.

Forest supporters will likely be optimistic ahead of the new season, however, the new away kit has not been well received and many fans are outraged by the new design.
