Barnsley have added a third Leeds United player to their squad on transfer deadline-day, with Clarke Oduor making the move from Elland Road to Oakwell in a permanent deal.  

Leeds have stunned their fanbase an hour after the transfer window closed to confirm Oduor’s move, with the youngster signing a four-year deal with Barnsley to join Aapo Halme and Mallik Wilks in South Yorkshire.

Oduor, 20, can play as both a full-back and on the wing, and was part of Marcelo Bielsa’s travelling squad for the summer tour of Australia.

In addition to that, he debuted last year for Leeds in the FA Cup, with his departure shocking plenty of Whites supporters this evening.

On the other side of Yorkshire, plenty of Barnsley fans are encouraged by their 11th summer signing, with Leeds now their ‘feeder club’ in the eyes of some.
