The hard work will start again for Steve Cooper following the triumph at Wembley, with Nottingham Forest securing a return to the Premier League after 23 years. 

The Reds, who enjoyed an incredible campaign under Cooper's stewardship, found themselves bottom of the pile after seven games. 

Certainly possessing a talented squad, the quality of competition will now increase for Forest, with it remaining to be seen how the squad copes within the Premier League. 

When asked about the shape of the squad when immediately looking at what the club have now at their disposal, Carlton Palmer told FLW: "It's a very difficult position to be in now for Nottingham Forest, because you've got the players, you want to retain your Premier League status, but you know that a lot of those players aren't going to be able to make that step up.

"So it's difficult decisions to make."

Certainly a talented squad, it will be interesting to see how the squads adapt to the new challenge of playing top-tier football on a week-to-week basis. 

Looking at how they conducted themselves in the FA Cup, that will act as a major indication and act as a confidence booster that they can swiftly get up and running in the top-flight.
