West Bromwich Albion continued their encouraging start to the season under Slaven Bilic with a 2-1 win at Luton Town on Saturday.

Grady Diangana stole the show on his league debut for the Baggies, scoring two goals within six minutes of coming on as a substitute to completely turn the game on its head.

Luton looked on course for their first victory of the season, after Harry Cornick had given them the lead with a flying header from Martin Cranie's cross after 15 minutes.

West Brom came back, with two goals in the space of three second-half minutes from Diangana, who replaced Kyle Edwards at half-time.

His first was an unstoppable 20-yard drive into the bottom corner, while he showed brilliant reactions to head home Filip Krovinovic's deflected shot from close range for his second.

West Brom held out for the victory, ending Luton's 28-game unbeaten home league run.

The Baggies are now one of five teams on seven points after three games and sit third in the Championship table.

Here are two hot and two not from the clash at Kenilworth Road...

HOT: Grady Diangana

Luton produced an excellent first-half display at Kenilworth Road, but the introduction of Diangana completely turned the game on its head.

The 21-year-old was outstanding, firing Albion level with a superb 20-yard drive within three minutes of coming off the bench and showing brilliant reactions to head home Krovinovic's deflected effort just three minutes later.

He provided the Baggies with extra pace and intensity in attack, but he also tracked back and defended at times.

The West Ham loanee stole the show with his performance in the second half and gave West Brom an instant spark. He has surely put himself in contention to start the next game for the Baggies.

HOT: Ryan Tunnicliffe

It was a disappointing afternoon for Luton, as their 28-game unbeaten home league run came to an end, but there were plenty of positives for manager Graeme Jones to take away from that performance.

The only player who really stood out for the Hatters was midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe, who continued his fine start to the season with another impressive display.

The 26-year-old was relentless in midfield and gave absolutely everything. He provided the hosts with tremendous energy and intensity in the middle of the park. He also showed good vision to set up a chance for Cornick in the first half.

NOT: Kenneth Zohore

West Brom striker Kenneth Zohore struggled to make an impact for the Baggies against Luton and while he did improve on his performance against Millwall, he rarely threatened.

The midfielders were urging him to make runs that he simply did not make.

Charlie Austin replaced him with just over ten minutes remaining and offered more far more in the time he was on than Zohore did in almost 80 minutes.

It is still early days yet, but there is a lot for Zohore to improve on and it looks as though Austin will be the main striker for West Brom this season once he gets up to speed.

NOT: Luton's second-half performance

Luton were outstanding against West Brom in the first half on Saturday. Cornick put them ahead after 15 minutes and they went into the break with a deserved advantage.

Unfortunately for the Hatters, they could not sustain it. The introduction of Diangana completely changed the game, but Luton did not help themselves and got off to the worst possible start.

Luton failed to produce the same level on intensity in the second half and once the visitors got their noses in front, the Baggies rarely looked like relinquishing their advantage.

There are still plenty of positives that Jones can take away from his side's performance on Saturday, but it is clear that Luton still have a lot to learn in the Championship this season.
