Aston Villa travel to Elland Road to face Leeds United on Friday evening in what is set to be an interesting spectacle.

Villa boss Steve Bruce may want to tinker with his side for the match against the Whites, and one player who is knocking on the door is attacking midfielder Jack Grealish.

Having returned from a lengthy injury, the 22-year-old is now fit and available.

Should he be handed a start against Leeds?

We take a look....

Adam Simeoni

Villa are in excellent form so Grealish will struggle to get back into the side.

Bruce is likely to continue with the side that beat Ipswich comfortably last week, so the academy graduate may have to bide his time for now and impress from the bench.

George Dagless

I think he'll be left out.

Villa have a settled side at the moment and though on paper you'd think Grealish gets in I don't see Bruce wanting to risk things.

Josh Onomah has played well off of the main striker whilst the deeper midfield roles are on lockdown so I think it's another sub appearance for the talented midfielder.

Chris Gallagher

Despite his quality, I'd have to say no.

Villa have fought for three successive wins, so there'll be a real togetherness between the current team and confidence will be high.

Why change that? Grealish is a fine option to have if you need to change the game but that's all he should be at the minute.

Alfie Burns

With Villa heading to Elland Road on the back of another victory, it is hard to see where Bruce will fit Grealish in.

Grealish must be pushing hard for a starting berth though, and it will only take one exceptional performance from the bench for the youngster to break his way into Bruce’s side.

Elland Road could be the perfect stage for him to do that.
