Reading suffered their second consecutive Championship defeat against Leeds United on Tuesday evening with Jack Harrison heading home a late winner during the Whites' 1-0 victory at the Madejski Stadium.

Mark Bowen's side were looking to bounce back from the new boss' first defeat against Brentford over the weekend, but they again lacked a clinical touch in front of goal as Leeds snatched a late win to climb to the Championship summit.

The Reading boss has decided to start with summer signing George Puscas in attack for each of his six matches in charge of the Royals, but the frontman again struggled to impose himself when faced with the Leeds defence on Tuesday night.

Puscas left Inter Milan to sign a five-year-deal with Reading towards the end of the summer transfer window, but he has so far failed to make his mark in Berkshire after scoring just three goals in his 16 league outings.

The Romania international has netted just once since Bowen took charge at the Madejski Stadium, and he registered another blank during the clash with Marcelo Bielsa's side, before he was eventually substituted for Lucas Boye in the 70th minute.
