Derby County will wait until the end of the season before deciding on the future of manager Steve McClaren, according to the Sun.
The Rams find themselves 10 points off the playoff places following Friday nights defeat at Brighton, and the former England manager will now have to wait until the season end before finding out if he has a future at the club.
McClaren replaced Nigel Pearson early on in the season, and following a positive start at the club, has seen the Rams fall away from playoff contention.
Owner Mel Morris is not averse to making the big decisions when it comes to sacking managers, having invested heavily in the squad over the last few seasons. However, he is yet to make a decision on the future of McClaren, and he might well be biding his time to see if he has better options come the summer to replace McClaren with.
Derby fans have been voicing plenty of opinions online lately, with many calling for a clear out of players in the summer and a new rebuilding job to start, whoever the manager may be.
