Luton Town will be hoping they can add to their squad ahead of the new Championship season, which is set to get underway in August.

The Hatters put in a number of impressive performances whilst under the management of Nathan Jones, and the Kenilworth Road faithful will fancy their chances of building on those strong showings.

Luton finished 12th in the Championship table, and had plenty of positives to take from this year's campaign, having only been promoted into the second tier in the 2018/19 season.

They'll be keen to go from strength to strength moving forwards, which includes over the summer, in what could potentially be a busy few months ahead.

We take a look at TWO transfer developments that we could see emerge at Luton Town in the next few weeks.

Defender heading for the Kenilworth Road exit door

It's not been the start to life with Luton Town that Gabriel Osho would have originally had in mind when he signed for the club in the summer of 2020.

The defender caught the eye with a number of strong performances for Reading towards the end of the 2019/20 season, but left in favour of a move to Luton Town, as he went in search of regular minutes in the Championship.

But that hasn't been the case, with Osho making just one appearance in all competitions for Nathan Jones' side last term, as they finished 12th in the second tier standings.

He spent the second half of the 2020/21 season on loan with League One side Rochdale, where he went on to make 22 appearances for them.

Journalist Pete O'Rourke has revealed that Osho's future with the Hatters is in doubt, after the club recently confirmed a deal to sign Reece Burke.

Luton could step up interest in signing winger

Albert Adomah is a player attracting significant interest heading into the summer, with the winger currently contracted to QPR, after signing for the R's in 2020.

Football League World have exclusively revealed that Luton Town are rivalling the likes of Birmingham City, Bristol City, Derby County and Ipswich Town to a potential agreement for the 33-year-old.

Adomah found regular game time hard to come by this season with Mark Warburton's side, and could turn out to be a strong signing for Luton Town in the coming months.

He has a considerable amount of experience under his belt in the Championship, which could come in useful for the Hatters heading into the new league campaign.
