Blackburn Rovers will be delighted with their start to the 2018/19 campaign, with it looking a good bet that Tony Mowbray’s side will be able to re-establish themselves back in the second-tier following promotion from League One last term.

The job Mowbray has done at Ewood Park has been superb, but he has been ably assisted by his attacking duo of Bradley Dack and Danny Graham, who have continued their good form in the Championship.

Dack has unbelievable talent and will be a Premier League player before long, but Graham, at 33, is coming to the end of his career, yet still finding a great level.

He’s scored eight goals across all competitions this season for Rovers, with seven of those coming in the Championship.

Graham’s hat-trick earlier this month against Sheffield Wednesday showed he still has the ability to be a hit in the Championship, and was the point where the division saw just how deadly his partnership with Dack can be.

The former Middlesbrough and Sunderland striker has certainly carried his form from last year into this season, making a very good start of building on the 17 goals he struck during the 2017/18 campaign.

However, he’s not always been so popular at Ewood Park and it’s taken time for many supporters to appreciate just what he brings to the side.

In our latest FLW Rewind, we look back on the day Graham first arrived at Ewood Park back in 2016, taking a look at the mixed reaction of the Blackburn supporters…
