Norwich are reportedly close to signing Northern Ireland international Michael McGovern, according to The Daily Record.
The free-agent has attracted a lot of attention since his heroics in goal of the Northern Ireland squad in the European Championships.
Despite interest from Premier League outfit Southampton, McGovern looks set to join the Canaries during the next week.
The 32-year-old has previously worked under Norwich boss Alex Neil so he is looking to reunite with his former Hamilton Accies manager.
McGovern is yet to play in English football but he is a very experienced man over in Scotland with over 300 appearances to his name.
At Carrow Road, they currently have John Ruddy and Declan Rudd fighting for a place in goal but if they were to add McGovern to that race then the goalkeeping options will be looking very impressive.
