The Republic of Ireland international did not travel to Austria on the weekend with the Hull squad, which left the door open for the winger to make a return to the Premier League.
Brady’s future at the KC Stadium looked doubtful once the Tigers were relegated from the Premier League on the final day of the season, and Norwich had been persistent in their pursuit of the former Manchester United man.
Steve Bruce had blasted the Canaries’ previous bids as “embarrassing” but it appears now the two clubs have finally come to agreement for the 23-year-old.
Brady joined Hull from Manchester United in 2013 after two successful loan spells with the Yorkshire side, and went on to score six goals in 63 appearances.
He largely impressed towards the end of the season despite the Tigers suffering from relegation.
Bruce will be hoping to keep the majority of the side together as he looks to bounce back this coming season at the first attempt but it will undoubtedly be a blow to lose a player of Brady’s quality.
But with the high earners as of yet not being moved off the wage bill, Hull have reluctantly had to accept Norwich’s offer.
