Just a week remains in the January transfer window and Bristol City will be keen to have a busy end to the transfer window.

The Robins need to desperately shake up their squad to end their current rot.

Bristol City are currently on their worst ever losing streak and after looking like a dark horse for a play-off spot early in the season, the ambition is now to stay afloat in the Championship.

Just two points separate Lee Johnson's side from the drop zone and judging by their current form, they could find themselves in deep trouble by the end of the season.

This is why they need to be active in the final week of the window.

In order to do so, they might need to shift a couple of players out - either on loan or permanently - as they aim to strengthen ahead of a relegation dogfight.

Here are 2 players out and 1 in that could happen.

OUT - Ivan Lucic

After the arrival of German goalkeeper Fabian Giefer, Ivan Lucic looks set to leave on loan.

The former Bayern Munich stopper is third choice at Ashton Gate and needs to develop his game elsewhere.

OUT - Zak Vyner

Zak Vyner was recently recalled from his loan spell at Accrington with Lee Johnson delaying a decision on his short-term future until the final week of January.

The final week is now upon us and the 19-year-old has not featured at all for Bristol City since coming back.

Another loan spell at Accrington would do the talented teenager the world of good.

IN - Josh Morris

The departures of Lucic and Vyner on loan would free up some wages to bring in Josh Morris.

The flying winger has been a revelation for Scunthorpe with 18 goals and 11 assists from the flanks as the Iron fight for promotion in League One.

The 25-year-old is way too talented to be playing third tier football and his goals and assists would ease the pressure on Tammy Abraham and surely fire Bristol City to safety.
