As Huddersfield’s excellent season continues, the West Yorkshire side sit third in the table as the biggest threat to Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion’s automatic promotion hopes.
One of the main reasons for Huddersfield’s success this season has been their enthusiastic head coach David Wagner who has managed the side into such a healthy position.
David Wagner’s philosophy which sees Huddersfield play with such a high press can lead to fatigue which has seen the West Yorkshire club rotate on a regular basis.
Wagner’s belief in his squad and his rotational policy has seen a number of players of differing age and experience feature on a regular basis.
However, there are still some young players on the outer fringes of Huddersfield’s squad who have featured and impressed in the West Yorkshire side’s FA Cup run who could be utilised more by David Wagner.
