Millwall and Queens Park Rangers are both looking to get back to winning ways tomorrow after disappointing defeats over the weekend.

The two meet in a fixture at The Den, with Gary Rowett's hosts having failed to pick up maximum points for the past eight games, which has seen them drop down the Championship table.

Meanwhile, the R's go into the game having lost three on the bounce, which includes a 2-0 loss at Huddersfield last time out where the side were particularly poor.

However, writing in his regular Sky Sports column, former Nottingham Forest midfielder David Prutton believes that Mark Warburton's men can come out on top in this clash, as he backed the R's to win 3-1.

Visiting The Den will hold no fears for QPR, as they won this fixture 2-1 last year, with Nahki Wells getting both goals.

With the R's only six points above the relegation zone, they will know they need to pick up points to ensure they don't get sucked into a relegation battle in the coming months.

Quiz: Which club did Millwall sell each of these 20 players to?

The verdict

This is a game with two out of form teams, and both need to stop the rot by getting a win.

Therefore, it's a clash that most people will find hard to call, so you can't knock Prutton for thinking the R's will be victorious.

Having said that, Millwall have conceded three goals just once all season, so it would be a surprise if they did so against a QPR team that haven't been prolific themselves.
