David Prutton has stated that he thinks QPR will come away with a point from their trip to Fulham on Friday night.

The R's travel to Craven Cottage in their worst run of form of the season, having failed to find victory in their last four matches. Mark Warburton's side had a great start to the season, but they are yet to keep a clean sheet and that is hurting them.

Fulham, on the other hand, come into the game off the back of a 1-0 victory away at Birmingham. That result came off the back of a 3-0 defeat to Hull, so the Cottagers have been inconsistent despite having some of the best players in the division.

Prutton has expressed that he thinks the loss of Aleksandar Mitrovic for Fulham will be a tough one to cope with, so he's predicted a 2-2 draw.

Speaking in his Sky Sports column, Prutton said: "How will Fulham get on without Aleksandar Mitrovic? He has been so, so important to them since he arrived at the club and his suspension is a huge blow for this west London derby.

"QPR have hit the buffers in recent weeks, and are without a win in four. Maybe the international break will have given them a chance to recharge their batteries and they can grab a draw."

The Verdict

It's set to be a great game on Friday, with two sides who love attacking the opposition. There's going to be goals, and with Fulham's defensive vulnerabilities, it wouldn't surprise me to see QPR come away with at least a point under the floodlights.

Mitrovic being suspended for the Cottagers is a huge blow, and one that could have big ramifications on the game. Who knows, maybe Bobby Reid will find his scoring boots against the R's.

It should be a cracker, and the added rivalry should give the game some added edge.
