David Prutton has predicted QPR to come out victorious against Brentford on Monday night, in a West London derby.

Both sides head into the game in great form, with the tie set to be a cracker under the lights. Mark Warburton's side sit in the top six and are playing free-flowing attacking football.

Warburton used to manage Brentford, so he'll be eager to get the three points on Monday. The R's are yet to keep a clean sheet so far this season, and he'll be desperate for that to change.

Brentford will be hoping that they can continue this fine form that they're in, especially after beating Swansea 3-0 at the Liberty Stadium on Tuesday night.

Prutton has predicted for QPR to come out on top, by a scoreline of 2-0.

Speaking in his Sky Sports column, Prutton said: "Tuesday night summed up QPR this season. They took the lead twice against Reading but got pegged back on both occasions. They have so much firepower but they will need to tighten up at the back.

"Brentford had one of those days at Swansea that they have every so often, when everything comes together and they look like one of the best teams in the division. Unfortunately for them they can never seem to do it consistently, and that could be their undoing on Monday night."

The Verdict

It should be a great game of football this, two attacking teams going at it hammer and tongs playing some good stuff.

Brentford are a very good team and keep improving it seems, they always have a goal in them and that can be a glimmer of hope when you're a goal down.

QPR have been in great form, and been the surprise package so far this season, and this could be a classic game. I fancy Brentford to come away with a victory, 3-2.
