Huddersfield Town will be hoping to stretch their unbeaten home-run to six games when they welcome Swansea City to the John Smith's Stadium on Tuesday evening.

Both sides come into this game in identical form taking four points from their last three games, with the visitors still unbeaten on the road this term.

Town picked up a point last time out against Birmingham City, while the Swans will be hoping to bounce back from a 1-0 defeat to Millwall on Saturday.

The Terriers have picked up 16 of their 17 points this season in Danny Cowley's first 11 games in charge of the club, and a win against Swansea on Tuesday evening could see Town move six-points clear of the Championship drop zone.

Despite Cowley speaking of his admiration for the Swans on Tuesday, all focus will be on the Terriers trying to secure a fifth win since Cowley took charge of the club in September.

As-ever Sky Sports' EFL expert David Prutton has issued his latest round of predictions for the upcoming EFL games including Town's game with Swansea on Tuesday evening.

Although Swansea are unbeaten on the road, the former Southampton midfield has opted for a narrow 1-0 win the Terriers to inflict a first away defeat on Steve Cooper's men.

Three out of Town's four victories have been won by just a single goal and given given Swansea's jittery form at the moment, a narrow victory for the home side doesn't seem too far-fetched.

The Verdict

Despite Swansea still being unbeaten on the road this term I can see this run coming to an end in West Yorkshire on Tuesday evening.

Although manager Danny Cowley has been very complimentary of the Swans in the build-up to the game, he would have rigorously prepared his side for the clash as the Terriers look to extend their unbeaten home-run.

A narrow victory or a score-draw could be in-store this evening, and I can't see Prutton's prediction being too far off the mark on this occasion.
