West Bromwich Albion travel to the capital to take on Brentford having won last time out just days after the dismissal of Darren Moore.
Griffin Park is where these two sides battle it out looking to add three points to their totals in what looks to be a game with little to play for.
Brentford’s defeat to Sheffield United means they probably have too much to do with time running out to reach the play-offs.
Thomas Frank’s run as boss started with an abhorrent run of results before a late charge to the top six.
West Brom are the most recent of the two teams to falter having lost key contests against Leeds and Sheffield United to dent their chances of an automatic promotion place heavily.
The two teams will battle more for pride than position, but the Bees are the side more in need of the points to keep their faintest of hopes of making the play-offs alive.
Ahead of the meeting between the two sides, David Prutton once again offered his prediction to the outcome for Sky Sports, casting his eye on this particular contest.
The EFL presenter said: “Brentford’s defeat at Sheffield United in midweek means they may have just a little bit too much to do to reach the play-offs now, even with a game in hand on most of the sides above them.
“West Brom won their first game without Darren Moore, but Swansea aren’t in great nick at the moment, and this will be a tough trip for them. Home win for me. 2-1.”
Brentford look to be too far from gate-crashing he play-off places, and West Brom seem to have blown their chance of making the top two.
This game looks somewhat like a dead rubber, and I think it will end up being a draw between both teams.
West Brom will want to try and get some form heading into the post-season as they look to make an immediate return to the Premier League.
