David Prutton has stated that he expects the away side to come out victorious when QPR travel to Millwall on Saturday.

The former Sheffield Wednesday midfielder thinks that Mark Warburton's side will have too much for a Millwall outfit who are still unbeaten at home.

The R's have started strongly and are already proving that they could be one of the surprise packages of the season with their continuous ability to outscore the opposition.

Millwall will also be pleased with their start, but will want to push on after facing defeat last time out when they visited a spirited Blackburn side.

Speaking in his Sky Sports column, Prutton said: "It has been a solid enough start to the season for Millwall. Nine points from seven games and unbeaten at home so far. A bit of a concern for Neil Harris will be their lack of goals, they have scored just five so far and seem to be missing Lee Gregory up front.

"QPR have started excellently and look a really young, exciting side. They may have shipped a few goals, only four sides in the league have conceded more, but they will score plenty as well. Away win."

The Verdict

This actually has all the makings of a very lively and entertaining match up. Of course, it's a London derby as well so we should see a good attendance, but Millwall's home record has been excellent for many years now so supporters will be optimistic heading into the game.

QPR have probably been one of the surprise packages so far, and a victory this weekend could really start to see people sit up and take notice. They have a young side that seems to thrive on pressure and fixtures like this will only help them grow.

I think there's goals in this one, and I fancy QPR to get another victory, 3-1.
