Derby County have Tom Lawrence and Mason Mount continuing to take part in training, whilst the Rams have also welcomed Harry Wilson back into the fold following international duty last weekend.

Currently Frank Lampard’s side are preparing for Rotherham United’s visit to Pride Park on Saturday, with Lawrence and Mount seemingly in contention following Derby’s cryptic social media update.

Lawrence was ruled out of international duty with Wales just last week as he recovered from an ankle problem, but seeing him back in training suggests he will be in contention to face the Millers.

The same can be said for Mount, who is back training after missing two months of the season with a hamstring problem.

In addition to that, Wilson is back in training with Derby after featuring for Wales over the course of the international break last weekend.

Wilson played 87 minutes of Sunday’s 1-0 win over Romania.

Lampard will be hoping his Derby side can hit the ground running when Championship action resumes against Rotherham, with the Rams entering the clash after back-to-back draws.

The Verdict

This trio of players getting themselves available for the run-in will be absolutely massive for the Rams.

At the times Derby have looked unstoppable this season, Lawrence, Mount and Wilson have been on the top of their game.

If Lampard can get them at that level again in the next two months, Derby are giving themselves every chance of getting play-off football.
