Viktor Gyokeres is on the radar of Fulham as they look to build a competent squad for the Premier League, according to Football Insider.

The Swedish striker flew out of the blocks this season and was a huge part of Coventry City competing towards the summit of the Championship in the opening months of the campaign.

His goalscoring has decreased since then, but the 23-year-old's all-round game has come on leaps and bounds under Mark Robins, justifying the interest around his services heading into the summer window.

FLW's Coventry City fan pundit Neil Littlewood had his say on whether Gyokeres will remain at the CBS Arena next season.

Speaking to Football League World, Littlewood said"With Vik (Viktor Gyokeres), I don't expect him to go to Fulham, when he left Brighton he said that he didn't want to be a bit-part player again, he wanted to be the main man somewhere, which is what he has been for Cov.

"So I don't think he needs to go to Fulham, however, if a Burnley or a Watford or a Middlesbrough, who have been sniffing around him, come in, again for the right fee, we can't look a gift horse in the mouth at Coventry, we've got quite a small budget, so anything that comes in that's substantial, we probably will accept.

"Vik's an ambitious lad, he wants to get back in the Sweden squad, does he get there playing for Coventry? I don't know, but I do expect him to stick around again.

"Robins has just signed a new deal and I think that will keep a couple of the players sticking around."
