Coventry City have made significant reductions to ticket prices ahead of their weekend clash with Fleetwood Town, and boss Steven Pressley is full of praise for the decision; believing extra support could help his side secure back-to-back wins after defeating Port Vale 2-0 on Saturday.

Children will pay just £1 to enter the Ricoh Arena this weekend, and Pressley hopes the financial incentive will 'entice' extra support for the home side.

"It was great to see the club drop the prices for the game and hopefully, it will see more fans there on Saturday," Pressley said to the club's official website.

"It is up to us to entice supporters to the Ricoh Arena with entertaining and winning football, and we need to show those qualities against Fleetwood.
"I do think the Football League need to look at the pricing of tickets anyways as it is getting very difficult for families to come to the football due to the cost.
"It is a big game because we've got a chance to go on a run over the Christmas period and keep climbing the league table."
The Sky Blues have entered a patch of real purple form as of late, losing only one game in six as they head into a busy Christmas period. Pressley will be hoping to enter the new year in the top half of the table - a feat they're only a few points from achieving.
"We're improving as a team. Our performances recently have been very good but there is still a lot of work to do," he added.
"We're not conceding many goals at the moment but I'd still like us to improve in the forward areas and create more chances.
"The supporters have always been brilliant with me. They were brilliant at the weekend and it was great to give them another away win.
"I'm committed in everything I do. I think they want to see their manager show a real passion and desire."
The Sky Blues currently sit in 14th position in Sky Bet League One, having accrued 24 points from 20 league games.
