Sheffield United once again delivered an excellent performance at home to dispatch Reading 2-1 and keep them firmly in the hunt for promotion in the Championship.

The Blades went ahead through a stunning goal from Paul Coutts, who curled into the top corner following excellent work from Leon Clarke, before talisman Billy Sharp added a second before half time to make it a comfortable afternoon for United.

A late goal from the Royals slightly took the gloss off another excellent performance from United, and Paul Coutts in particular delivered another excellent display in the middle of the park for Chris Wilder's men.

His goal was the icing on the cake and a much deserved one from a player who has been in a rich vein of form all season long, and United fans were understandably delighted with their midfielder following the game, with many taking to Twitter to give their thoughts on his performance.
