Sunderland have been in brilliant form over the last couple of months and their win against Port Vale in the FA Cup first round at the weekend only extended that further. 

The 2-1 victory made it seven wins in a row for Jack Ross' side in all competitions and, having broken into the automatic promotion spots in League One, they are in a very good place right now.

On Monday night the draw for the second round of the FA Cup was made and the Black Cats were drawn away to fellow League One side Walsall.

It was not exactly the most inspiring draw they could have hoped for and it also means that the clubs will face each other in the exact same fixture on two consecutive weekends, as the pair clash in the league a week before.

The reaction to the draw was mixed to say the least.
