‘Could be a lot worse’ – Plenty of West Brom fans react to news of player agreement



West Brom have completed the permanent signing of defender Kean Bryan, the Championship club have confirmed.

Bryan had been a free agent following his departure from Sheffield United earlier this summer, in the wake of his contract at Bramall Lane expiring.

The 24-year-old made 13 league appearances for the Blades last season, as they were relegated from the Premier League.

Now though, Bryan has found himself a new club, completing a move to West Brom, where he looks set to provide defensive cover following injuries to Dara O’Shea and Matt Clarke.

It has been announced that Bryan has put pen to paper on a two-year contract with the Baggies, securing his future at The Hawthorns until the end of the 2022/23 season.

With his signing now confirmed, Bryan could make his West Brom debut on Saturday afternoon, when Valerien Ismael’s side host Millwall at The Hawthorns.
