West Brom were beaten 2-1 at home to Premier League Brighton in the FA Cup in extra time after finishing the game with 10-men.

It was a frustrating day for Valerien Ismael's side who looked to be heading into the fourth round of the FA Cup until a Cedric Kipre red card changed the course of the game.

Brighton dominated possession but struggled to create any clear cut chances in the first half. They were punished just two minutes into the second half when Callum Robinson put West Brom ahead.

The Baggies assumed full control of the game and looked to be heading into the next round before Cedric Kipre was red carded.

The former Wigan Athletic defender lost his discipline and was sent off for two bookable offences in the matter of minutes, giving the edge to Brighton.

Poland international Jakub Moder then equalised for Brighton with nine minutes of normal time remaining, forcing the game into extra before Neal Maupey scored the winner eight minutes into extra time, giving Brighton the win.

But fans were left reeling what could have been after the red card to Kipre. They took to Twitter to vent their frustration at their teams discipline after the game changing decision.

Here's what they said.
