Charlton Athletic travel to Doncaster Rovers in pursuit of a third straight win with a glimmer of hope of a top half finish still possible for the Addicks.

The South Londoners have won just three of 12 on the road in League One since Johnnie Jackson replaced Nigel Adkins in the dugout in late October.

Those results at Sunderland, Burton Albion and Portsmouth alongside some decent home form has been enough to pull them clear of any relegation fears but there have still been challenges for Jackson to learn from with his side struggling for consistency in their performance levels.

Jake Forster-Caskey and Chuks Aneke have stepped up their respective recovery processes in recent weeks and are expected to feature before the end of the season, with the former a little bit further down the line and could have an outside chance of featuring in the matchday squad.

Ryan Inniss is sidelined while Akin Famewo could return after illness.

Key man Corey Blackett-Taylor was substituted after 54 minutes last weekend, but will start if fit to do so, the 24-year-old played a key role in the Addicks' two recent victories that ended a seven game winless run.

Here, we are expecting an unchanged side for the third game in a row to line-up at the Keepmoat Stadium...

Should Jackson be a little more cautious around Blackett-Taylor, Ben Purrington could move to left wing back with Famewo slotting in on the left side of the back three, or alternatively Diallang Jaiyesimi may come in for a straight swap.

In terms of the table the game means a lot more to Donny, but the recent form makes the Addicks strong favourites.
