Nottingham Forest have today confirmed that Louis Ducruet has joined the club as an advisor for international projects.

Whilst the specific details of his role haven’t been shared, the Reds update claimed that his task will be to ‘expand the global presence’ of Forest around the world.
The official statement detailing his arrival also outlined the experience Ducruet has in football, as he worked as an assistant to the vice president at Monaco for the past five years.
Despite that, it’s fair to say that the majority of Forest fans didn’t really know what to make of the news as they don’t understand what the new man will bring to the club or whether it’s needed.
And, the focus for many was on the present as they eagerly await an update from the club as to whether they have managed to secure a deal for Kamil Grosicki.
Here we look at some of the reaction to the announcement…
Not entirely sure what his role will be but welcome to the club!
