Aston Villa will look to make it a record breaking ten straight wins tomorrow as they take on struggling Millwall at Villa Park.

Villa saw off Bolton Wanderers on Friday to cement their play-off place and continue their fine run of form which has seen them emerge as the biggest threat in the division in terms of winning out in the end of seasons shootout.

However, there has been team news emerge via BBC Sport which is potentially detrimental to the hopes of both Villa and the Lions.

For Villa, they could be set to be without 25-goal striker Tammy Abraham, who left the game with the Trotters on Friday injured and is now struggling to get himself ready for the clash with Neil Harris' men tomorrow.

Abraham would be a massive loss for Dean Smith's men, but they are not the only ones with problems, with Millwall set to be without key midfielder Ben Thompson, who left the Good Friday clash with Brentford injured.

Thompson would be a huge miss for the Lions, who have seen vital points picked up in recent weeks as they battle desperately to avoid the drop ahead of third bottom Rotherham United.

The Verdict

Villa will no doubt miss Abraham if he does miss out on this one, but it could well prove a blessing in disguise.

Smith's men are now firmly in the play-off places and it could give Abraham a chance to have a small rest and come back recharged for the play-off battle.

Villa will still have enough you'd think, but Millwall will not be going down without a fight.
