Bristol Rover striker Jonson Clarke-Harris has taken to Instagram as he continues his recovery from a calf injury he suffered in early October.

The 25-year-old netted seven goals in his first 10 appearances this season as he provided the main source of goals for Graham Coughlan's side, but Rovers have been deprived of their key man's services in recent weeks.

Clarke-Harris has been a revelation since arriving at the Memorial Stadium last January as he has now scored a total 19 goals in his 29 appearances for the club, which has raised interest in the striker from the likes of Middlesbrough and Hull, according to Bristol Live.

However, the striker's current priority will be to regain full fitness as he targets a comeback for his side, and he has now
