Barnsley striker Cauley Woodrow is in talks with Cardiff City over a possible transfer, according to Wales Online.

The forward has been very good for the Tykes since joining the club and has scored 15 goals in 42 games for Barnsley last season as he helped them stay in the Championship.

Neil Harris is looking to take him to the Welsh capital and utilise him possibly alongside Wales international Kieffer Moore in a front two.

This would leave Barnsley low in terms of options going forward, especially after Jacob Brown left the club earlier in the window.

Barnsley are currently in a poor position going into the coming games and with no permanent manager, this could mean that players may not want to join the club going into the final days of the transfer window.

Here's how Barnsley fans reacted to the news Woodrow could be on his way out...
