Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford once again had to settle for a supporting role as he failed to hit the target at Barnsley this afternoon.

The former Middlesbrough and Derby man put in a good enough performance for the Whites at Oakwell, but was once again overshadowed by the introduction of young forward Eddie Nketiah, who came off the bench to notch the opening goal for the Whites.

Bamford has been a bit of a divisive figure ever since joining the club, but he has continued to be the number one striking option this season for Marcelo Bielsa, despite the form of loanee striker Nketiah.

However, despite Bielsa's trust in him, fans are still seemingly split over what the club should be doing in terms of his place in the starting XI.

With calls for him to be dropped against another bunch of comments praising the performance of Bamford, it's easy to see just how difficult the decision is for Bielsa and his coaching staff.

We at FLW then took a look at just what was being said on Twitter by Leeds fans in relation to Bamford...
