‘Class’, ‘Fantastic’ – These Sheffield Wednesday fans were delighted with one man’s performance in win over Derby

It was a good night for Sheffield Wednesday on Friday, as they beat fellow struggles Derby County 1-0 at Hillsborough.

In a game where Derby enjoyed more of the chances, it was the Owls who would come out on top, thanks to Callum Paterson’s close range header just past the hour mark.

That result lifts Wednesday – who are still searching for a managerial replacement for Tony Pulis – out of the Championship relegation zone on goal difference, and into 20th place in the current standings.

It is no surprise therefore, that plenty of Owls fans were delighted with Friday’s result as they took to Twitter to give their thoughts on the game, and one player who came in for a decent amount of praise, was Kadeem Harris.

The winger’s work rate out wide did not go unnoticed by supporters throughout the game, while an injury time block – which some suggested may have been handball – potentially proved crucial to his side picking up those all important three points.

Here, we take a look at what some of those supporters had to say about the 27-year-old.
