Birmingham City picked up yet another draw at St Andrew's on Wednesday night, as they played out a 0-0 with Sheffield United. 

It means Garry Monk's side have now drawn six of their eight matches this season, including the last four, with their only losses coming against Bolton Wanderers and Middlesbrough.

But, they remain precariously close to the drop zone.

The Blues resilience is clearly not the problem, but converting their chances at the other end is and they had the best of the chances again on Wednesday night, but could not capitalise against Sheffield United.

There were undoubtedly positives to take from the match, not least from attacking midfielder Charlie Lakin, who made his full league debut last night.

The 19-year-old midfielder earnt a lot of praise for his mature performance, both from his manager and from the fans.
