Winger Chris Hackett has pledged his future to Northampton Town by signing a new two-year contract with the club.
The 31-year-old, who joined Northampton from Millwall, has put pen to paper on a new deal at Sixfields.
Speaking to the club’s official website, manager Chris Wilder said:
“I am really pleased Chris has decided to stay with us.
“He is one of the most effective attacking players at this level and as I have said before, when he plays well, we play well.
“I was really keen to keep Chris, he is a big player for us and to have got this deal tied up so early is excellent news.”
