Nathaniel Chalobah returns to Stamford Bridge after a successful loan spell at the Riverside Stadium. This is confirmed on Boro’s official website.
The 19-year-old, who can operate both as a centre-back and a defensive midfielder, has featured 19 times for Boro this season, scoring one goal in the process.
Before Christmas, he was a regular for Nottingham Forest, and the Sierra Leone born player will now look to contribute for his parent club Chelsea in the future.
Chalobah penned a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge in August 2013.
