One player that has certainly played his part in edging the Royals clear of the bottom three is Matt Miazga, with the Chelsea loanee improving game by game as the season heads towards a conclusion.
Journalist, Courtney Friday has revealed that Miazga is keeping his options open ahead of the summer, and hasn’t ruled out a return to the Madejski Stadium next season.

Miazga arrived in Berkshire in the January transfer window and has hardly put a foot wrong in his time with the club and his latest comments will certainly go down well with supporters.
The American has formed an impressive partnership in the centre of the Reading defence alongside Liam Moore and the pair have been crucial in their recent turnaround in form.
Miazga was speaking after the Royals capped of an excellent week with a hard-fought, 2-1 win over Brentford on Saturday where they edged closer to Championship survival.
He’s sure to be remaining focused on keeping the Royals in the Championship this season, but it’s sure to be a tense finish, with Jose Gomes’ side just four points clear of the relegation zone.
